I find it so crazy, we bought a manufacturer home through Excitement Homes, LLC in lake charles back in September of last year. It has been a complete nightmare. At first they were all for helping and trying to make everything run smoothly but once the mobile home got place on our property and began to take on MAJOR DAMAGES including needing a entire new roof inside and outside due to water damages. DO NOT PURCHASE. If i could say one thing it would be that. 2 years later we have yet to do our final walk through because they never completed repairs from the move. ALSO... THIS IS A BIG ONE, THEY LET AN UNLICENSED GUY INSTALL THE AC AND SEE PICTURES FOR THE WIRE USED, ITS AMAZING OUR HOUSE DID NOT BURN DOWN, IT WAS 99 DEGREES WHEN MY DAUGHTER GOT HOME

I have checked out all the mobile home dealers from Lafayette to Lake Charles and Excitement Homes is the best! They are so friendly, patient, willing to help, fair, and trustworthy. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of in the process, like the other places. Thanks Sandy and Stan!
