Today I had the most pleasant appointment with Albert from Excite sound, and vision.. For days I had been trying to work with Xfinity to get my cable box recognized by my TV. Xfinity insisted that all systems were working. I was at my wits end when I called Albert. I wish I had called him sooner because I had used him on previous occasions with more than satisfactory results. I called Albert and within an hour he arrived and within minutes had my problem solved. I highly recommend his services.
Very impressed with the customer service and fair pricing. If you want quality and great service call Albert, or speak to his lovely wife at the office.
Albert (and his wife) went the extra mile to get my speakers ordered before taking off for a few days in addition to letting me “test listen” to his showroom model pair. Thanks Albert.
