**Update: I have been a customer for the past year and I could not be happier with the build of my Jeep. They have taken my Jeep from completely stock to the dream that she is now. I have always felt comfortable talking to Shaun about what I want out of my Jeep build in looks and function. I thought Sean was fantastic, an awesome and knowledgeable man, check a steering gear box installation (2nd bad box installed by another shop that didn't fix return-to-center) for a 90-minute eval. He said he'd called the reman company (BlueTop - $500) for instructions to tighten worm-gear a tiny bit, but he said it didn't fix problem. I tried calling BlueTop, but they wouldn't answer or return messages. Sean said it might need to be broken in. But then he wouldn't return any of my calls or texts, to both his numbers. These guys are the best around 100% I took my jeep in for some rattling in the front end, Shawn told me what the problem was, worked with my warranty agency and replaced my front drive shaft. I have noticed some leaking going on, he also found that and let me know what it was, I told him to go ahead and fix it. The customer service is top notch, updates throughout the whole process, even sent me pictures. The most honest shop I have ever came across. Could not be happier with the work done by Shaun and Excite Offroad they not only met but exceeded my expectations in every way. They installed lift springs, wheels, tires, and alignment on multiple Vehicles and did a fantastic job!
