Very friendly and helpful folks working here. Special shout out to the maintenance crew they are on point with repairs!
The rent is reasonable and the apartments are nice, but it is no exaggeration to say that they do "inspections" inside every apartment nearly every month, sometimes multiple times a month. They say it's to check for water leaks because the bill is "unusually high." They will check your apartment, won't find anything, then do another inspection a few days later, as if they are going to find something they haven't found in the 20+ inspections they've done in the year and a half I've been here. i really hate living near this place. their garbage trucks beep and barrel by at 3AM and they constantly do loud maintenance right at 7AM, sometimes even blocking the side walk as they transport the materials although this is a downtown area with several apartments and other road construction nearby, they are consistently the ones making excessive noise at the most inconvenient times I figured people should know if they decide to live here that you may be awoken at the most ungodly hours for non emergent maintenance and rout... read more
