This is going to be a long review but it's the kind I wish I had when I was considering this property. The spark notes version is while their were some perks to living here, the cons were too much for me to renew. Excellent place to live in Richmond downtown with reasonable price. Very nice neighborhood. I stayed here for 1 years 2 months in 2021. Supportive staff and management.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. Back in 2022 I was looking for a place in Richmond while living in DC area. I had one of the managers, Tiffany, give my aunt a tour of the apartment because I did not live in town. The entire tour, I was on FaceTime with my aunt. Cut to moving in, I tried to open the windows and find out they do not open. I call maintenance, who informs me someone will come by to take a look. No one comes.
