Before I tell you guys my experience I am a firm believer in the quote "It's not what you do ,it's how you do it." And this is not a review just because I got denied. It's about the principal!!! Isabella was incredibly rude and was not welcoming in any way whatsoever. The tour was rushed and forced not to mention her extremely boring and uncomfortable manner of conversation. I was no longer interested in renting from the minute she lazily "welcomed" me in the front lobby. Sad because I actually liked the product and would have rented if she even gave any interest in trying to lease to me. Also try dressing a bit more professionally instead of looking like you just rolled out of bed.
It was an amazing Airbnb experience with my friends and the view was nice. The valet service is amazing. The night valet named MZ gave the best service. He helped us with our groceries and bags without even asking. He showed us where the free parking was. We had the best weekend. Everything was close by. The security was also very helpful. We are definitely coming back.
