I had a fantastic experience with eXchange Apartments! The property is well-maintained, modern, and offers a comfortable living environment. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I really appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the entire process was, from move-in to day-to-day living. The amenities are great, and everything is designed with residents’ convenience in mind. Extremely concerning application process : My application was closed before the verification process was completed, with no clear explanation provided before closing . I was asked for additional documentation after they closed the application but was told they can’t open the application all due to their mistake. They clearly do not know what they are doing.
