Extremely concerning application process : My application was closed before the verification process was completed, with no clear explanation provided before closing . I was asked for additional documentation after they closed the application but was told they can’t open the application all due to their mistake. They clearly do not know what they are doing. I had a tour in January of this year and submitted my application on the spot, as I was told there was a “special” where my holding deposit would be returned if I did so. Here comes an entire month of back and forth emails regarding the deposit and my application status, where absolutely no one could be honest with me or offer any kind of respect.
