Went to their shop for a car audio install. Sound was great, and I was very happy at first. Sound level drops pretty hard during my drive home. I call them about it, they say I need an upgraded car battery. I have the battery checked, it's all good. I ask around and no one understands why he would blame the battery. I go back to the shop, and they then blame the amp. my system only works part of the time, and then cuts out. the amp was tested and works fine. the speakers work fine. but he's still blaming my equipment.
