Rented an apartment from them years ago, & they were very nice. They worked with me for the situation I was in & I would rent from them again.
I’ve known these wonderful people for over 47 years and have never known them to be rude or slum lords. They are very professional loving and kind people with big hearts. Being direct is not being rude. I’ve been a renter for many years and as a tenant you have responsibilities in taking care of the home your renting as if you owned it yourself.
