This was my first time buying a Rebuilt Car.The owner made the process smooth and Easy. Always answered my calls or called back shortly. He also handled the shipping of the suv the company that they use was also very professional and reasonable with the cost.I just received the suv and it looks and drives as expected. Bought an R title vehicle that had more damage than stated. The dealer claimed auction damage and there is no way for them to know. They could have seen the damage with a quick walk around. Not all repairs were done professionally. The one was rushed to get the vehicle ready for sale and sold with a broken part. There was a wheel that should have been replaced but they used the the max limit of weights to balance. The other suspension repair looked good. The one guy was ok, the other was extremely rude and dismissive. He looked me up and down in a very disrespectful manor and never addressed me even though I was standing right in front of him. I'll never go back nor recommend such a place to anyone I know.
