I would give this dealership zero stars if it let me. I had the misfortune of finding my “dream car” offered online at “Exceptional” motorcar. I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to test drive the vehicle and begin the purchase process. Zach Spychala was my sales rep. He provided me with the WORST buying experience of my life. I had a few concerns about the vehicle. He refused to fix them because, as Zach stated, “we are not making any money on this vehicle so we will not be putting any money into it”. Took advantage of my wife, basically took stole her car got nothing for it she was led on and lied to. Who sells a 2018 with one set of keys and let's someone take a car they clearly can't afford. She makes no more then twice what her payment is a month. Drove the durango less then two weeks before it needed an oil change and new blinker.. Thanks for doing a TERRIBLE JOB. Will NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN.
