RecommendedMy mother was transported on April 7th. The transport staff was highly skilled at keeping her comfortable while getting her on the stretcher, managing her oxygen needs, and talking to her to keep her calm. The team was very professional and very kind to us. They were angels that helped us during a very difficult time. I want to thank them for coming out to help is during the virus pandemic- risking their lives to help our loved one. We will never forget your courage and strength.

The staff are prompt, polite and very professional. Excellent management.
I am an ICU nurse and my father needed to be transported to a long-term acute care facility. The team that came to pick up my father were so kind, so professional, and treated my father as if he was their father. I was so upset that I didn’t even get the names of the three people that were there. I wish I could thank them personally. They didn’t rush. They took their time because my father was in agony. They also made sure he was comfortable before heading out. I cannot say enough about them. They are top class!
Added miles to my bill. Google n Waze both came up 3 miles less then there bill. Also not willing to negotiate even after pointing this out. Rude n I professionally run. Will say EMTs were super nice n professional.
