I came in with uncontrollable post-op pain. $13,000 bill! $13,000 got me exactly 2 arm X-rays, 2 shots of medicine that did not ease the pain and 10 minutes tops with each the doctor and the nurse. They charge $3000 dollars PER XRAY. X-rays should cost $500-$700 max! Their pricing is shameful! And I left still in severe pain.
I had to go to E.C.H recent because my house cat bit me badly during a stray cat event. I rarely have to go to the hospital, and was nervous and scared because my hand was throbbing with pain. The staff quickly and courageously put me in a room, and started putting antibiotics into me. Everyone was so nice and took such good care of me, I don’t think I could have gotten thru this bite without them. I am so grateful, thank you everyone! Very, very happy overall. Front desk organized and efficient. Was able to get an ER bay right away! Receptionist even checked back with me to see if I had any questions when I was (later) completing the required paperwork. The diagnostic medical sonographer had great personality and very skilled at his job. Overall, very happy with the hospital!!
Nurse Shannon and others besides front registration lady were VERY rude. I'm so disgusted by how they treat patients! I brought in my 3 year old in PAIN and they took someone else who was behind us and then proceeded to tell me well we didnt tell you to cone here at 1am! I will never be back. GET BETTER STAFF!!!
