Everyone at this facility was top notch performance everyone soooooo very nice I got and got out exceptionally care I was a little dizzy and they me crackers and water just EXCEPTIONAL 😊

This evening I went to your Lubbock location and I have never been treated the way I was today. The doctor was nice, but as soon as I didn’t have $500 to give his staff, they literally put me out. My blood pressure is at stroke levels, there is tingling and numbness in my right arm, I have been lightheaded for two days and I have a cough that has gotten worse over the last two weeks, and rather than offering the “exceptional” service they claim, I was turned away. Last Saturday I went in to this hospital ER with terrible stomach pain, nausea, etc. I chose Exceptional Community Hospital because of their high reviews which are truly merited! From the moment I walked in, all staff and professionals treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Rogers’ care was informed and compassionate. He did a great job of communicating with me and made sure I received what I needed in examinations, instructions and medicine. I’m very grateful! Thank you!

I went to emergency there and I was very impressed by how kind they were and how well I was treated they were all amazing. The facility was so clean and I would recommend them to anyone.
