I needed some stitches from a skydiving incident. The staff were super friendly and quick about it, which is what I asked for. The facility is very clean as well. I will definitely use them for any quick ER needs in the future if I’m in the area.
The only thing exceptional about this emergency department is how exceptionally bad of an experience it was. The pros were a clean environment and short wait time. Unfortunately, a quick wait time does not make up for inappropriate medical care. I did not realize until after the visit that the ED is not staffed by Emergency Medicine trained physicians, which may be part of the problem. I had a truly outstanding experience at Exceptional Community Hospital in Eloy. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. I had a truly great experience at Exceptional Community Hospital in Eloy, Arizona. The care I received meant more to me than I can put into words, especially while dealing with serious breathing issues and what felt like heart-related problems.
