Thank you all SO very much! I wasn't expecting everyone so professional, kind, and caring. To say I was impressed is putting it mildly. I typically don't go to E.R., it's probably been 20 years or more. If our family has any future medical issues, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Dr Devo (he is the name I got). He even gave me a follow up call today! All the way from registering, medical check in, xray tech, and Dr... THANK YOU. Hoping you all keep high standards and quality.
I gotta admit the hospital was very clean it smelled so good. The nurses and doctors were great but when the billing lady came in asking how we are going to pay $1300 today cash or card with her snooty attitude it killed it. Then when we said we couldn’t pay she said “what do you think happens when you go in a grocery store?” Nothings free in life. Then walks out saying to the other workers wow they thought it was all free. She was very unprofessional and I won’t be going back.
Dr Claver and his team couldnt be any better! The staff is great, clean facilities, and you dont have to wait for hours. They went above and beyond to help me feel better. They treated me as well as my family with so well. Ashley and Rylee my nurses were the best.
Fastest er visit I've ever had. The best customer service the doctors in the nurses everybody was so nice and sweet and had a sense of humor It was amazing altogether.
