My grand dog threw up bile on my living room carpet. Troy came that same day and treated the area. Said to contact him if it still was showing the stain. I contacted him the next day as the stain was still visible. He came a few days later and treated the area. He needed to come back a third time and he only charged me for 2 treatments. The stain is now gone. Thank you Troy!

Due to flooding in my area, carpet cleaners were booked out close to 2 months so I reserved with Exceptional in June for August 21 cleaning. He called Aug 20 to postpone-had equipment problems-and said he would call when repaired...STILL no word back (Sept 4). I was able to get a different carpet cleaner here this week.
