Dr. Brubaker is fantastic! I’ve seen her through two miscarriages and my last pregnancy. I felt heard and any questions I had were addressed without feeling rushed. She is kind and compassionate and I could not recommend her more. Dr. Wagers was on call when I delivered and was a calm, reassuring presence. She was completely supportive of my non-medicated birth. I’ve also only had positive interactions with the front desk, nurses and anyone else in the office. Very thankful to be a patient in this great clinic.
Wow! Super appreciate this amazing staff! What a fantastic experience. The front desk staff are all so friendly! So thankful my appointment was with Robin NP - she is super knowledgeable and incredibly good at her job. I saw her twice in a week and she spent time really listening to me. She’s also funny and kind! Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Exceptional Care for Women with Robin Nichols, FNP-C. She was incredibly kind and personable throughout my appointment. She took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed, and her approachable manner made it easy to talk to her. I truly felt listened to and cared for. I am a new patient at this office and had a great experience! The front desk was so helpful, Laura gave me all of the information I needed in regards to what to expect for my appointment as well as the charges that may incur after insurance. I want to thank Exceptional for all their hard work and follow through. I was really going through a tough time and from the front desk to the provider they were nothing but exceptional, even when I was being a challenging patient. To complicate things, Tricare was going through such a transition and it was so difficult to speak with them, but exceptional worked very hard to navigate and provide solutions during this difficult time.
