Five Star Rating????!!!! Our experience was much less than 5 stars. This Agency s home attendants did not provide excellent care in any way. The attendants caused a considerable amount of property damage, while caring for one of our family members in our home. Unnecessary neglectful damage, some caused by not reading directions. Several thousand in water damage was caused when the attendant forgot to turn off the kitchen faucet, and flooded my kitchen ruining the floor.
