Just had my second vehicle tuned by Jacques & the team at Exceltune Sunshine. Professional, friendly & knowledgeable, highly recommended. 2013 Toyota 86 (unfortunately stolen), upgraded headers, air intake. Stage 1 tune rectified known 3000rpm flat spot. Improved hp & torque across the range. 2013 Mercedes C350, upgraded X pipe, air filter. Stage 1 tune improved shift points, throttle response & noticeably torque from 2000rpm.
My vehicle was experiencing recurring coolant leaks caused by design issues in the new cooling system, which led to brittle and cracked hoses. Understandably, this was a stressful situation as a car owner. Jacques quickly identified the issue and re-engineered the hoses to provide a long-term solution, ensuring the problem would not reoccur anytime soon. His expertise and thorough approach gave me peace of mind, and I highly recommend his services. Thank you Jacques and the boys at Exceltune!
For years I have not found the right mechanic, to find all the issues I knew existed and guide me each step of the way letting me know before anything out of expectation was done to get my approval. Now Jacques and his team, where timely, and took great care and attention in looking into any issue I had of my car and anything else they came across. I have been going here for about a year with endless issues from a VW diesel and servicing of my other cars. Jacques has always gone above and behold to solve any issue I've have with my cars. A rare mechanic who is genuine and cares about good service. Couldn't recommend these guys more.
