Took my Renault Megane 300 Trophy to Exceltune and couldn’t be happier. Jacques was able to talk through the planned tune and what would be delivered. Work was done on time as promised. Car has improved accelerator and turbo response and flat spots in acceleration (turbo) have been removed, definitely a better car to drive. As yet I have not been able to gauge fuel consumption as I haven't driven like for like load and conditions.
We had our car serviced by EXELTUNE operated by Jaques, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jaques took the time to clearly explain the issue with our DPF and walked us through the options available. His detailed and honest approach gave us confidence from the start. Excellent service ! Highly recommend, dudes very helpful and knowledgeable in what he does! Seems like he genuinely cares about you and your vehicles safety. I went in for a stage 1 tune on my golf and he helped identify an oil leakage in my golf! He resolved all the issues with detailed explanation. Appreciate excel tune greatly! Solid customer service, by the receptionists and even mechanics, who took their time and expertise to explain and provide useful information about my repairs, state of my car and more. Also having the parts I need on hand or in a very timely fashion. Felt quite informed & welcomed. Happy with pricing too. Will be coming back for future repairs and clarifications.
