Do not bother with this dental office. They called me to confirm my appointment for today per their voicemail they left on my phone. When I called back 2 minutes later to say I was coming, they told me they had water pressure issues. It took me four months to get a teeth cleaning appointment, and last time, they closed the office without notifying me, causing me to take a day off work unnecessarily. I lost not the date but the time of my appointment so I called multiple times before the appointment asking for the time, and I was told I would receive a call and be told the time of the appointment. I never received any call. This is awful service for any kind of health clinic.

Dr. Cross is wonderful!!! I was determined to find him again after years of not knowing where his new location was after Katrina. I search and searched and finally found him. He really cares about his patients teeth. I live at least an hour away, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my teeth so I made that drive and will continue. I love Dr. Cross!! The staff members are amazing. The attention to each individual patient & their dental needs superseded any other clinic I've visited. I appreciate they're honesty & knowledge!
