The office mgrs were Very Helpful and Pleasant! We're looking forward to moving in (HOPEFULLY) VERY SOON! The apts and grounds here are well maintained, and apts have SO MUCH MORE SPACE & are well kept, than where we are now.!
New management is really rude and casey cant be trusted. Maintenance is worthless. Never had any problems when dee was there. She was very fair.
two bedroom apartment My apartment has a fenced in back yard which is great for my kids to play. It also has a playground although I don't allow my kids to go play there as it does not seem stable enough and all the equipment including the slide are I believe metal making it to hot to play on. I love that I have a dinning room, although it has carpet not all of the apartment have carpet in their dining room. There are plenty of plug ins in each room for all your devices. I have to agree with SMA517b about the appearance of this property. I lived there for a number of years and still have friends that live there. I visit my friends regularly and the place looks like the ghetto. Drains hanging from the buildings, dumpsters always full (people pulling up in run down trucks to dumpster dive and nothing done by management about it), I know that the place has not been painted for a number of years and it shows. I've lived here for two months and I've already had numerous problems here. The management is ridiculous, I've had at LEAST three letters on my door per week of claims for lease violations, for example I cleaned my car out, made sure to throw all the trash away, then swept the grass and leaves out, the next day I had a lease violation on my door for littering. No Flowers or Shrubery planted,kinda dull and blah in appearance – My Opinion) Well I'm a little confused about this property.Seemed like the place to live until you actually movie in, then you start( Or I did) to see things that are a little conflict of interest here.Like the NO PETS policy, but you see pets everywhere yet you're told you can't have one????Then theres the no repairs on vehicles( which I understand) and ALL VEHICLES must be LEGALLY TAGGED and in running condition.
