This place has been good to me so far. I haven't had and issues with them not doing what I ask of them or doing something that I asked them not to do. They will explain everything to you but you have to ask them. The facility is always clean and organized. Fast-forward post covid. We miss Dr Davis so much. This used to be the best VA clinic anywhere. Now it is all telehealth and random fill in physicians. My father hasn't seen the same person twice since Dr Davis left. Our veterans deserve a provider who will get to know them and care for them.

They do not have PCMs or actual doctors. You basically get video chat with random nurse practitioners. You get treated so poorly you stop going. This place is why veteran's have so many issues.

She is far superior to the Dr's I had in KCMO. Every test I've had, (C T.scan, Mammogram ) ,I'm amazed by the friendly and Professional Staff. The front desk personnel are al... read more
