Best place to buy Fine Paints Of Europe for our luxury interior painting project here in Minnesota.
I enthusiastically recommend Excelsior Paint & Design! The level of service here is hard to come by elsewhere. They have a sincere and genuine interest in any project you have. Carolyn, whom I worked with, has exceptional design talent and vision. 5+ stars!!
The staff here has exceptional experience in helping customers make wise decisions when selecting paint types and colors. Owner Carolyn Manhattan offers premium products and is quick to assist if someone wants an item that is not on the floor. On the second floor a vast selection of tiles, flooring, wallpaper, and other home design elements are beautifully displayed. Parking is ample. Restrooms are provided. Personal consultations are available. I highly recommend Excelsior Paint & Design!

Excelsior Paint and Design provided exceptional service throughout our remodeling project, which encompassed the kitchen, powder bath, walk-in pantry, and master bath. We are so happy with our new countertops and flooring!
