Motel is small in rooms quite dated , needs refurbishing , ok for a quick stay if accomodation is hard to get . Expectation should be fair but that’s about it

Terrible terrible terrible.NOT a four star as advertised. Nasty weekday staff, rude and arrogant. Tried to add extra charges ($200) on day of check in, which was not in their terms nor on their booking/cancellation policy. Scammers and wouldn’t trust them with your card details. Avoid this place!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel like Google says it is. I have stayed at the hotel for a few nights. The room was out dated. There was not enough room in the bathroom to dry yourself without banging your elbow on the door, wall or showerscreen. The shower head was so small it felt like i was taking a shower under a hose. The room has a window next to the door that does not have a blind over it and a light out side that is on all night so your room is like there is a light on. I stayed for a couple of days, very abusive receptionist, he smokes everywhere, very dirty rooms, better to sleep in the car, smelly rooms, never again

I recently stayed at this Motel, and I must say, It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.The room is comfortable and clean.just few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and CBD .The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.The rates are reasonable,considering the level of comfort,service and amenities provided.I will get back again👍🥂
