Just don't. Building dilapidated and badly presented. abandoned cars in carpark. room not secure. had the booking incorrect. room was tidy but door was coming apart, window not secure. rubbish in the stairwells. whole place smelled. Was so bad we left again and refused to stay.

A family member recently had an extremely disturbing experience at Excelsior Motor Inn. Within minutes of checking into the room with two young children, they turned on the television and discovered the screen was already damaged down one side. They immediately went back to the front desk to report it. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the male staff member on duty accused them of causing the damage.
