A family member recently had an extremely disturbing experience at Excelsior Motor Inn. Within minutes of checking into the room with two young children, they turned on the television and discovered the screen was already damaged down one side. It’s definitely not four star like google says it is definitely needs renovating I had rusted microwave in my room also the light did not work on it as well in my mum & dad’s room the toast machine didn’t work so they had to use mine also the bathroom is very small not much room to move around in,there is light hanging off the wall in my room,the bed is bit hard to sleep on but the room & the wardrobe are really good,the car park is very small for big car
