We hired Excelsior after a neighbor recommended them to us, and we’re grateful that we did. We’d been dealing with a sewagelike odor for several months, and Excelsior came to assess whether the cause was related to our HVAC unit. They ended up installing a P-trap below our HVAC unit so that the water wouldn’t evaporate so quickly (which, they said, caused the odor).
