Update on gas line leakage. Thank you for being a company that regards being HONEST, HONESTLY! I appreciate the time and sincerity for work y'all did regarding the furnace and also The above and beyond work you did fixing the other company's screw up( Mr rooter) . I appreciate that. Very fast, always reliable.
Excelsior has been my go to for things HVAC or plumbing related. Their communication and professionalism throughout was great! As a homeowner, I had some general questions and curiosity on how things worked and they were more than happy to educate me in a way I could easily understand. I am extremely impressed and happy with the service and they will definitely be my go-to for my house in the future!
I will again update once the issue is fixed but in December 2024 Excelsior came to install a new furnace Dec 2024. 2 weeks ago there was a leak in the furnace exhaust fan...it was dripping condensation// contacted Des to take a look, it doesn't seem to leak now but Just this week I suspected gas leak and indeed Sask energy found one near the lower valve intake brass switch.
