The meat shop is outstanding! Casey- the meat guy behind the counter- was a huge help. He really knows his stuff and was friendly. And they are open on Sundays! Lucky for us! I wish we had meat markets like this in Seattle!
Good value on quality beef steaks, my go to for a burger freezer fill up, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Best meats anywhere, beef is from southwest Montana and pork from the hutterite colony from around Great Falls Mt. I really want to know where my beef and pork is coming from
I love to cook and this place is an excellent source for quality meats and specialty cuts. I have made delicious Osso Buco, Jambalaya, and Fried Chicken using the meats I sourced here. You can rest assured that the meat is very fresh as you will often see them cutting away hard at work in the back.
