The front desk service was terrible, and the doctor didn't provide any referrals to specialists. As laypeople, we had to explain the medical condition ourselves to the specialists and find their contact information, which only added to the patient's stress. We will never go to this doctor again.
Horrible new patient intake process, never asked what I needed, took the time off from work went and waited to find out they don’t give B12 shots, horrible service at front desk, almost as if not being Asian was a issue. Definitely will not recommend.
Excellent.
They made me wait 45 mins for my first appointment only to tell me my insurance is out of network. All other practices I have been to do this check either at the time of making the appointment or before the appointment time. Extremely unprofessional.
