Marie and the office staff have been wonderful from the beginning- friendly, kind, responsive and informative. The decision to move to E&G has been the best I’ve made in a decade. Beautiful apartments, quiet space, peaceful views and absolutely fantastic neighborhood.
Bailee (and the entire office staff) at Excelsior & Grand is very efficient, professional, responsive and friendly. She made the entire process, from start to finish, very pleasant!
We recently moved to E&G and absolutely love it here! The staff is warm, friendly and very professional. They have been responsive when ever we’ve had questions. The amenities are amazing and the location is perfect.
I have lived at E&G for over 5 years. I love the layout of our apartment and the amenities that both the building and neighborhood offer: Wolfe Park, Starbucks, Pub, Trader Joe’s, Fresh Thyme within walking distance to name a few. The management team is doing a great job so we’ve just re-signed our lease for next year.
