Truly customer friendly and very attentive to tenants needs. The website is easy to manage and very user friendly.
Simply love living here. Many good people living here and our team works hard. Our maintenance men are terrific too. It is a good place to live and have friends and activities. Just finished playing pinochle in our lovely community room. We feel safe and secure here from a world that is increasingly harsh . We are grateful to live here
The Belvedere is a wonderful place to live. The management, the maintenance guys are all always willing to listen and help with anything. The people here are extremely friendly and I have made some great friends. I highly recommend checking us out !
Rent is high The landlords are slum lords, willing to ignore smoking in non smoking buildings with picture evidence. Just to keep the property filled. They don’t fix issues well, will do everything as absolutely cheep as possible, will charge you for everything. Don’t expect a security deposit back. Even if you leave the place clean! I lived at a community which was brand new in 2020 and run under another management until they sold it it to excelsior. Things were not the best after this happened. Excelsior had unprofessional management running the community. Like I said before they don’t want to take accountability. If I never received a fake notice threatening to charge me 2x if I stayed, I would have still been a resident. By law I was supposed to receive an invoice upon move out, how come I didn’t receive anything?! But sent to collections and even co... read more
