I was recommended waters edge apartments from a colleague who had good things to say about the property. I found the service at the property that Mr Chasen provided particularly prompt and remarkable.
I've worked in various capacities of property management for over 20 years. I've been working for Excelsior Communities for about a year and a half now and it's *by far* the best property management company in every aspect!
The apartments are tiny with a raise in rent every year. It's way too hot in the winter and I didn't use my personal heater once. They don't care about their tenants. I intended to move into another of their apartments and decided not to but they tried rent my apartment out from under me anyway even though I was under lease. Then much later, I had a family emergency and needed to move out a couple months early after having already fulfilled one full lease and they refused to comply. DO NOT recommend this "community".
