We are so happy that Excelsior Air was highly recommended to us when our heat pump needed to be replaced. Excellent office staff, Joanna is alwaus friendly and professional when we call. Over the years these folks have done nothing but deliver fantastic service and support without endless upselling. Even yesterday they did a repair under the worst conditions of this heat wave.
