In jury care center, at The Glenalden location I've had the best care with John Paul and Sean as my physical therapist and Dr Paiste,as my treating hand specialist.the whole team has been treating me with respect and care, above and beyond attention towards my rehabilitation i could ever ask for to get My (R) hand back to, full functional use. Customer service is not very good.
This is the most cleanest, professional, caring therapy facility I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing and welcoming to everyone who enters. When I leave I always feel better than when I come in, they truly know how to treat each injury correctly. I appreciate them and how they treat everyone with respect and kindness, Dash and John are my guys there and they are fantastic.
I had an appointment today at 5:00 p.m. August 12, 2025 which I waited for a whole month that the Latino lady scheduled me because Dr. Chew, Pain Management Doctor canceled my original appointment date. I get there and the Latino lady tells me I didn't have an appointment that she gave me. I am pissed now. I came way up there to be told that. This was going to be my first appointment with Dr. Chew.
