The first appointment was canceled 2 hrs before my vist time . Then I was called back to be told if I could make it in 10 mins I could be seen . The 2nd vist I waited in the waiting room for 40 mins before walking out Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!! Also told my lawyer who sent me. I called Phoenix physical therapy
