The new staff doesn’t seem as warm or welcoming as when I first started coming. In the beginning, the atmosphere felt inviting, loving, and genuinely friendly. Lately, it feels different, and the same warmth and sense of hospitality just don’t seem to be there anymore. It’s very militant. We are coming because we already have be traumatized due to an injury. My previous experience was much more pleasant than this current tense environment. I love the previous staff.
I’ve always had great experiences here, but after the recent staff change, the atmosphere has noticeably changed. During my last visit, I saw a new employee taking personal phone calls, speaking to Carol in a negative, bossy tone, and not getting up to help while Carol was doing all the work. What really surprised me was hearing the new employee say she “has to work with a veteran” when referring to Carol. It came across as disrespectful. In front of patients last week!
