This business sucks big time, first one lady cut my sons hair all wrong and left it all ugly and they always complain about that lady and she still works there. Also when we got there only two ladies were working and I counted how many were in front of me it was 7 people so we waited as soon as we sit down they locked the door so no more costumer would enter. This is a business that could use some help. It is always lacking personnel. The wait time is so bad. The hair stylist are very moody. The last time I was there I went in at 5:00 p.m. sat there til 6:30 because only two stylist were working. At that time one of the stylist decides she is no longer doing hair, she stopped cutting hair and went to the back room to use her cell phone.
