I first invested with Janus in 1998 in the Janus Twenty Fund. This fund is now closed. That is lucky for you but not lucky for me or thousands of other investors. After 12 years my average annual return since inception is minus 0.45 percent (-0.45%). Stocks go up and stock go down but I've lost 12 years of investment time. My advice (learned the hard way) is if you want to save your money steer clear and any Janus investment. You'd be better of with a savings account at your local bank.
