ZERO STARS! Excellent Roofing's BBB Accreditation status has been REVOKED since November 21, 2024 due to not addressing client's issues and for being unprofessional.
I rarely ever write reviews, but have been so frustrated with this company in the last couple of weeks. They did my roof 12 years ago. A couple of years ago, I had a leak in my front upstairs room. I thought it was coming from the attic window, and to their credit, someone came out and made sure it was fastened shut. Fast forward to two weeks ago, and after a large rain, I had a significant roof leak on my staircase, with damage to my ceiling. I called and he said he would try and come out. Awful service. Job was done in October except the caulking and dents he promised to come back to repair and complete once the weather is warmer. Until now, there is no follow up. He ignored my husband multiple times until I stepped in.
