Great experience. Early June 2026: we inquired about replacing shingles (it was time, after 20 years the whole roof looked pretty rough), and the manager responded the next business day. He arranged to see us within 2 days' time, and after making some recommendations, took less than an hour to give us a detailed estimate that included a couple of options (we'd have been happy with receiving something the next day or so - getting one done so quickly was a real bonus!). We contracted this company for some repairs, and one of their workers accidentally broke our window glass. At first, we were told they already ordered the window glass replacement but two months had passed we found out they haven’t ordered anything. So we informed the owner and he gave us a go ahead to canvass and look for a company who can replace the broken window glass. We found one and told him how much. ZERO STARS! Excellent Roofing's BBB Accreditation status has been REVOKED since November 21, 2024 due to not addressing client's issues and for being unprofessional. He claims to have coverage insurance for damages and promised to come back for unfinished business but all lies. His shared work address does not exist and people in that office claims that they never see him there.
