Having dealt with several property management companies I can safely say Excellent rentals stands above, they do a great job making sure property and tenant needs are met.
I have lived in the same house since this rental company has taken over and that’s been 12 years almost ! It’s crazy ! But they are so good to me and have helped through some hardships . DO NOT USE!!! We our new tenants just moved in this weekend. We have a signed lease that they reviewed and approved which lists a washer and dryer. They are now refusing to provide a washer and dryer or compensate us. Even worse the listing agent is now ghosting me and not replying. We have been renting for 5 years in different cities and have never had any trouble until now. Extremely unprofessional I was even hung up on.
I want to send kudos to Abi, Junior, Kevin, and Cindy! I have had very prompt responses and have been treated with respect and GREAT service! Thank you, Excellent Rental for making your rental house my cozy home!!!
Cindy and team will treat you right. They are always very responsive and professional when we need help with our home. Highly recommended and they have properties all over the city.
