Stopped in for a polish change. Nancy, the nail tech and owner, was quite rude. I had to laugh as not to return her rudeness. She was trying to persuade me to get a service other than what I requested. The location was convenient is why I stopped in. I won't be going back. If anyone asks for nail salon, I won't be recommending Excellent Nails.
This was the worst experience ever! This lady cannot do nails. Every negative review is correct. I went a week ago and my nails look like trash! They actually looked bad when she was done. This lady drilled my cuticles off! I was bleeding when I left! Beware!
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON NANCY IS SOOOO RUDE . I TOOK MY DAUGHTER THERE FOR HER NAILS, EYE BROW TENT AND LASHES . NANCY WAS PUTTING THE LASHES ON WITH HER HANDS AFTER PUTTING MY DAUGHTER NAILS ON SO UNSANITARY. SHE GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I TOLD HER THE LASHES WERE COMING OFF AND SNATCHED THE LASHES OFF. MY DAUGHTER SAID MOM LET'S LEAVE I SAID NO LET HER CORRECT IT BECAUSE SHE HAS OUR MONEY ALREADY. SHE PROCEEDED TO RETRY AFTER I EXPLAINED MY DAUGHTER HAD AN ACADEMIA AWARD CEREMONY . Lady tried get me pay $210 for two short than lied like I didn’t send her the money got in my face and I’m pregnant & wouldn’t give me any service worst nail salon ever!!!
