My daughter came in to have her nails removed the woman didn't even soak them in acetone, she simply just ripped them off my daughter's nail bed is damaged and bleeding

Trying to move fast and the place was empty, they materials was rusty , wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Only thing that was good was the pedicure but the lady that polished my toes did terrible my polish is peeling off
These are terrible. There are wholes in the polish. The nail is this at the bottom and thick at the top. Why is the clear part hanging. This is my second time and worst time. So I had the receipt texted to me why did I not receive the text until 12:40 the next day?!
