I went in today to have my dip taken off. I typically go to another salon in lees summit but wanted to try something closer to my house. It took over an hour and they charged me $35. When I asked why it was so expensive for a dip off when the menu didn’t show that they pretended like they didn’t understand me and continued to ask for a tip over and over again. Will not be returning.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The “manager” did my nails and was extremely rough with me, cut my thumb and multiple other spots on my hands, and was in such a rush, she left my hands in horrible shape. She paid more attention to other new customers than me and shaped/cut up my hands the fastest I have ever experienced from a nail tech. Wendy did a great job shaped my nails perfectly and was very informative with prices!
Worst pedicure I have ever had- the man ripped out an in ingrown nail without any warning and then kept getting products like exfoliant in the open wound he created. The peppermint scrub/ lotion also felt like he was applying icy hot.
