Her detail to applying nail polish was excellent! She wasn’t pushy in selling any upgrades. I showed up as a walk-in and the vibe from the staff and customers was chill. first thing i do when i go back to LA is to book an appointment here, i always have a 10/10 experience, service is so good everyone is so nice AND i get such beautiful nails (sometimes in under an hour). winnie is very efficient and fast but she still manages to exceed my expectations for a reasonable price 🥰🥰
Winnie is an artist and not only are the designs good but they take their time with the cuticle and nail prep before hand.
