I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel people should be careful before buying from this dealership. A female friend of mine purchased a vehicle from them in Honolulu and had it shipped to Maui, only to later discover multiple serious issues with the vehicle shortly after the sale. What was even more disappointing was how she was treated once she reached back out for help. Rude customer service don’t seem to be in a rush to sell their broken vehicles. Go elsewhere!
Me and My business partner were in need of a truck after one of ours was damaged. Excellent Motor group had one we liked, and everyone working there (Daily, Peter, and the whole crew) were very helpful through the process. They worked with us regarding our buisness daily spending limit. They were willing to add in some minor repairs to get the truck road ready for us, and they are easy to communicate with. We are very pleased with the purchase and the exlerience!
