My experience at Excellent Motor Group was excellent. Buying used cars involves some risk I know and sometimes it does not work out well. I bought my 2016 Mazda MX-5 more than one year ago and it has been a delight. Excellent was the only dealer where I could find a car like I wanted. This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. Extremely dishonest. I should have trusted the bad reviews. They sold a car with the promise of a repair, so they kept it a month, then tried to get me to pay extra for the repair because they "gave too much discount". These guys are why people don't trust used car salesmen. Stay away
DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a car from excellent motors, and let me tell you, it is the WORSE financial decision I have ever made. Within a week of buying a car from them, it started having problems. I brought it to a mechanic and he said that there was a quick repair made that would only last a week or two in order to sell the car.
