Jarrod was excellent. Very knowledgeable and came fully equipped in his mobile workshop, so everything was sorted on the spot. Communication was super friendly and prompt, and the online invoicing made payment easy. Highly recommend!
Really quick and efficient service from Jarrod. We had our locks rekeyed. It didn’t take him long at all.
Jarrod is THE locksmith you need. Courteous, honest and pleasant to work with, he was not only efficient but quick and professional at getting us back inside our home. Could not recommend him more. Thanks again Jarrod.
Outstanding service which I highly recommend. Jarrod answered all my questions on initial phone call and quoted very reasonable price to replace my lock and door handle ..He came out to my home on the same day at the time he said he would and worked quickly and effectively to complete the job. He also noticed damage to my door hinge and he fixed this problem on the spot. We had a lovely chat about the importance of parenting as a bonus. Very professional and friendly service... highly recommend !!!
Cannot recommend Jarrod highly enough. I required immediate assistance in securing a property and Jarrod rescheduled his day to get to the job swiftly. His professionalism during our discussions and whilst onsite was bar none. For a peace of mind outcome and fantastic value for money, contact Jarrod @ Excellent Locksmiths Mornington, you will not be disappointed.
