I really wanted to have a positive experience at Excel Dental because there were several people who truly deserved recognition. Ashley, my hygienist, was phenomenal. She was kind, professional, gentle, and did an excellent job. The front desk staff was also warm and welcoming, and the doctors I interacted with were courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, my entire experience was overshadowed by my interaction with Christina, the Patient Care Coordinator. SO happy Frankie is back! Always kind & takes time to answer my questions! Everyone else is kind as well but Frankie has been taking care of my implants since surgery! Very calm young man! 😁
