I had the best experience with Excellent Alterations by Sissy! They were able to get me quickly in with such a short deadline. They made me feel so comfortable and their attention to detail was amazing. I would 100% recommend them for all alterations! My wedding dress is absolutely stunning thanks to them!
I’m a little late posting this review, but Sissy is so amazing that I’m still thinking about my experience almost 10 months after my wedding! The first time I went to Sissy, I was a walk-in. I cannot describe how happy I am with their team! They performed a literal miracle on my wedding dress! After losing 33 pounds and dropping 4 dress sizes, I was nervous, but the fit was absolutely immaculate and so comfortable. Every change was perfect, including the custom sleeves they added. I originally intended for them to be detachable, but they looked so good I kept them on all night! I am a first time bride and called to get information on alterations for my special day. Only to be met over the phone with ridicule and boasting. I was told that if I am shopping around for alterations and information to not come into their store because I would be a waste of time. Very saddening. The reviews were great. Customer service and compassion not so much .
Sissy knew exactly what I wanted when I went in for my bridal alteration fitting! She was caring and so sweet. She did fabulous job on my dress even though my dress had one of the most complicated fabrics to work on. 🤍 매우 감사합니다 Sissy! 🤍
