Evelyn Arnold is the most irresponsible landlord I've ever delt with. We had every issue you could think of, all plumbing backed up, old cast iron pipes, tree roots in the main line, leaking water heater undetected for at least a 6 months or maybe even the last two years. Horrible water damage and mold, a roof replacement happened 6months ago her contractor left all kinds debris and black dust in our attic, in our garage and in the yard. The dust got into the ventilation ducts and when we used the heater we all became sick! ... read more
