Repairs over $500 required pre-approval but Michael Bishop authorized over $3000 in repairs, unknown to me until I was billed. Stay far away from this management company.
Mike goes the extra mile to keep the properties he manages in tip top condition. Treats his tenants with respect and was a great guy to work for.
