very good response times at the beginning of our communication, but stopped responding when I asked some more questions about other possible limos available on the same day.
We’re so glad we chose Excellence Limo Oakville for our wedding on April 12. Their service covered everything from the hotel to the church and reception seamlessly. I’ve used Excellence twice now, once for a concert and again for my wedding and both experiences were flawless. Nasr (who I believe is the owner) is incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely cares about his clients. Even when our last shuttle was scheduled to finish at 1 AM, we had a few late-night drunk stragglers. The worst service ever. Totally unreliable. Once they left us stranded at the airport and twice they were no shows for my husbands cancer treatment appointments.
