I would definitely recommend Dr Sewell. She is honest and doesn't waste time getting down to the issue.
I had the unfortunate experience of seeking care here when I was at my lowest and most desperate for help and answers. I have bipolar disorder and experienced my first severe manic episode last year, which consisted of numerous ER visits and referrals to Adapt, as well as an OBGYN appointment to figure out the root cause of my extreme and debilitating abdominal pain.
