My kids have been with them for a few years, I missed an appointment yesterday, and they let me to pay full amount before treatment which is around $600. no negotiable, very rude. And talked about I missed a few appointments I called to reschedule all the times and only missed this one time. Will not refer to anyone anymore.
Dr Bruns and Kamryn are great. They always do a great job and answer all of my questions. Thank you both for taking care of my teeth. Mandy is also great as office manager. Scheduling and billing is a breeze with Mandy.
Dr. Jordan Bruns was excellent in every way; her professionalism, her ability to put you at ease & to treat you as you are genuinely cared about & the upmost care is given to you. Her entire office staff follows her lead. So very happy a friend referred her to me.
Everything was perfect, looking forward to next appointment.
