I had an appointment scheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. By 11:41 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to check on the status. That’s when I was given an excuse that they were held up at another job due to a gas leak. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. My HOA management recommended this company to give me a quote for a new A/C system. They sent their staff and did measurements. They never sent me quote, which was supposed to be free, but sent me a bill for "fixing" my A/C unit. My A/C system wasn't broken but it's old. Next stop better business bureau. Avoid this company. There are more reputable companies out there. Consider yourself warned!!!

I recently contacted Excellence in Air to inquire about installing a split system air conditioner. However, my experience with them was quite disappointing. Not only did they inform me that installing a split system with air conditioning would be too much of a challenge for them, but they also suggested a wall unit instead. The wall unit they suggested was noisy and unsightly, and it would have been a significant compromise compared to what I was looking for.
